Tomorrows cruise has been canceled due to Nicolas.

After an adventurous day navigating the harbor at Antwerp, we had a delightful dinner once all the passengers had been located and found a way to our new docking location. After dinner we retired to the lounge for a Q&A with the Captain. The ship uses the latest in Z pod drives for pulpultion and can spin each engine independently. In addition they have a massive bow thruster used to help navegate as well as dock.

Tonight we are to leave for Ghent where we will be taking an excursion to Brugges to see the Madona by Michangelo. The afternoon we can stay in Brugges or comeback to the ship and visit Ghent. We retire to our cabin for another chapter in Downton Abbey.

When we awake we are docked, but as I look closely I realize we have simply crossed the harbor to the other side of the channel. We are still in Antwerp. Now what happened? They announce as we have breakfast that due to the extremely high winds from Hurricane Nicolas, all passenger traffic has been restricted to stay in port until such time as the winds die down. Therefore we shall be in Antwerp and have the option of taking a bus to Ghent or to Brugges. Welll just dandy.... One of the highlights of this tour is to see the Madonna and Child by Michaelangelo so thats where we are headed.
